Delivery insurance protection plan for our customers is unique to the industry. For one low cost, damage to an item will be covered. The item will be replaced with the same or similar item.
- Covers for signed and concealed damage for 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The 7th day ends at 4pm EST, unless the 7th day falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday, at which time the coverage ends at 4pm EST on the next business day.
- Includes replacement of the same product at no cost, including the same level of delivery as originally ordered.
- Restocking fee is waived if a return is initiated in lieu of replacement. See details below.
How to Purchase Insurance Protection
- View your shopping cart, and click the checkbox to add ‘Delivery Insurance’
- During checkout, in the Shipping Information window, click the checkbox to add’Delivery Insurance’ to your order.
Note: Delivery Insurance can be added to your order only at the time of purchase. Previous orders cannot have Delivery Insurance Protection added.
If insurance is purchased for an order/item, the standard restocking fee for returns is waived. However, as with standard returns, shipping costs are non-refundable. For items that are shipped free, our shipping and handling costs each way are deducted from your refund.
